The brain is where everything begins.
And understanding yours changes everything.
About Nidra Mind
Nidra Mind exists because of a simple but profound belief: that when people understand how their brain works, everything changes. How they sleep. How they handle stress. How they show up for the people they love. How they feel about themselves.
It was founded to bridge a gap that most wellness programmes leave wide open — the space between neuroscience and lived human experience. Between what the research says and what actually helps a real person in a real life.
That bridge is what Nidra Mind is built on.
Sarah Jane Ferguson
Founder, Nidra Mind
Sarah is one of a small number of Amen University certified Elite Brain Health Coaches in Europe — a qualification held by very few practitioners worldwide, and one that sits at the heart of everything Nidra Mind offers.
Her path to founding Nidra Mind was not linear. Before building the brand, Sarah worked within NHS mental health services in Birmingham and Solihull, where she saw firsthand what happens when people do not have the tools to understand and regulate their own minds. That clinical grounding never left her, it shaped the way she approaches every programme, every resource, and every person she works with.
Alongside her clinical background, Sarah has twelve years of teaching and course-creation experience, a BSc in Computer Science, and deep expertise in Yoga Nidra, sleep science and stress management. She is also a qualified Children's Yoga and Brain Health Coach, which is why Nidra Mind serves not only adults and professionals, but children and schools too.
She is based in Valencia, Spain, where she works with individuals, organisations and schools across Europe.

Why the Nidra Mind Method works
Most programmes ask you to do things differently without helping you understand why. Nidra Mind starts with the why, because when you understand what your brain is doing and why it is doing it, the tools become obvious rather than effortful.
The Nidra Mind Method combines three things that rarely appear together: the rigour of brain health science, the depth of ancient wisdom traditions, and the practical reality of what it takes to change. It does not ask you to overhaul your life overnight. It works with the brain you have, in the life you are actually living.
The result is change that lasts, because it is built from the inside out.
What makes Nidra Mind different
-
Science-grounded
Every programme is rooted in the latest neuroscience and brain health research, not wellness trends. The Amen University methodology is one of the most rigorous brain health frameworks available to practitioners.
-
Whole-person
Brain health does not exist in isolation. Nidra Mind addresses sleep, stress, nervous system regulation, movement, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, because the brain responds to all of them.
-
Genuinely personal
No two brains are alike. Nidra Mind uses brain type profiling to understand your specific brain, not a generic version of you, and builds from there.
Our commitment
The children who need this most should never be the ones who can't access it.
All Yoga Nidra meditations on Nidra Mind are free for every child to access. Children in care, from low-income families, or facing significant challenges receive free access to all Nidra Mind emotional wellness programmes.
10% of all Nidra Mind profits are donated to Soñar Despierto — a Spanish foundation giving children in foster care the same opportunities as any other child.

Nidra Mind serves a wide range of people, because the brain does not discriminate, and neither does stress.
Individuals and families — adults navigating burnout, sleep difficulties, chronic stress, brain fog, anxiety or low mood. And children who need practical, age-appropriate tools to understand and manage their emotions.
Professionals and organisations — pilots, aviation teams and organisations in high-performance, high-pressure environments who need evidence-based resilience tools that actually fit into their working lives.
Schools and educators — primary and secondary schools, PSHE leads and Senior Mental Health Leads across the UK and Spain, looking for evidence-informed emotional resilience programmes that are ready to use in the classroom.
