What is 1-to-1 coaching?

The Nidra Mind Program offers a structured eight-week journey with a defined curriculum and clear outcomes. That works exceptionally well for many people.

But not everyone needs, or wants, that structure right now.

Some people are navigating something specific and need support that adapts week by week. Some have completed the programme and want to continue working with Sarah. Some simply know that what they need is direct, personal access to someone who understands the brain without fitting themselves into a predetermined shape.

That is what 1-to-1 coaching is for.

Each session is built around where you are right now. What you are carrying, what you are working towards, and what your brain specifically needs. Drawing on brain health science, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, sleep coaching and nervous system regulation, Sarah works with you in whatever way is most useful at any given point.

  • You want flexibility

You are not ready for a fixed eight-week commitment, or your schedule does not allow for it. You want support that works around your life, on your terms, at your pace.

  • You have a specific focus

There is something particular you are navigating — a period of high stress, a significant life change, a return from burnout — and you want targeted, responsive support rather than a curriculum.

  • You want to continue

You have completed the Nidra Mind Program and want to maintain and deepen the work. You know what is possible now, and you want to keep going.

What sessions include

No two sessions are the same, because no two people are, and what is most useful changes over time. Depending on where you are and what you need, sessions may draw on:

Brain health coaching — understanding and working with your specific brain type, using the Amen University methodology

Nervous system regulation — practical tools for moving out of chronic stress activation and building lasting resilience

Yoga Nidra — guided practice within sessions, plus a personal library of recordings to use between sessions

Sleep coaching — evidence-based strategies for restoring sleep quality and the cognitive recovery that depends on it

Breathwork and somatic tools — short, specific techniques designed for use within a real and full life

Stress and burnout support — understanding what is happening physiologically, and what to do about it

Every session ends with something concrete: a practice, a tool, an insight, or a next step. Not homework. A direction.

How it works

Sessions are 60 minutes, conducted online via video call or in person in Spain.

There is no fixed number of sessions. Some people work with Sarah for a month, others for much longer. The pace and frequency are shaped around what is actually useful for you.

The first step is always a free 20-minute conversation. Not a sales call but a genuine opportunity to talk about where you are, what you are looking for, and whether working together makes sense. If it does not, that will be said honestly.

Session rate: £150 per session

Block bookings and ongoing arrangements are discussed at the initial conversation.

Sessions are available online worldwide and in person in Spain.

Not sure whether to choose coaching or the programme?

If you are not sure which is the better fit, the simplest thing to do is get in touch. A brief email describing where you are is enough. Sarah will suggest what is most likely to help.

As a general guide:

Choose the Nidra Mind Program if you want a structured, defined journey with a clear curriculum, weekly progression, and a specific eight-week arc.

Choose 1-to-1 coaching if you want something more flexible, more responsive, or more ongoing, or if your situation is particular enough that a curriculum would not fit it well.
