Brain health and emotional resilience, for every child in your school
Evidence-informed programmes for primary and secondary schools, aligned with PSHE guidelines
What we offer schools
Children are under more pressure than ever. Anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm — these are not phases. They are signals that young people need practical tools, taught by trusted adults, embedded into the life of the school.
Nidra Mind brings certified brain health coaching, Yoga Nidra, and evidence-informed emotional resilience programmes directly into schools — as ready-to-use resources, staff CPD, or fully supported delivery. Every programme is designed to fit within existing PSHE and wellbeing frameworks. No specialist training is required to get started.
Our programme This Is Possible is currently being submitted for the PSHE Association Quality Mark, in line with KS4 PSHE guidelines. We will update this page as soon as the award is confirmed.

Customised training and ongoing support
For schools that want to embed brain health and emotional resilience deeply and sustainably, we offer a bespoke package combining a two-hour live training session for your staff with six months of ongoing support as you implement.
The training covers the neuroscience, the practices, and how to use the resources with confidence. The six months of support gives your team direct access to Sarah throughout — for questions, guidance, and troubleshooting as you deliver.
Includes the complete Underwater Adventure Emotional Resilience Resource Pack, a staff CPD guide, and ongoing direct support.
Investment: £1,250
Ideal for schools building a whole-school wellbeing approach, or where a Senior Mental Health Lead wants to train their team to deliver independently.
For schools in Spain: our CPD programmes are structured to be eligible for FUNDAE funding, meaning the cost may be fully or partially covered through your organisation's professional development allowance. Contact us to find out more.
