Resources for parents and schools

The journal is written for the young person. These resources are for the adults around them: practical support at home, and ready-to-teach lessons for the classroom.

  • Parents and carers pack

Included with your journal. A short guide to supporting your teenager through exam season and the six weeks of the journal, without taking over: what each week covers, how to talk about exams so it helps, sleep and rest at home, and where to find more help.

  • Free lesson pack for schools

Free for every school, no sign-up. Three ready-to-teach, RSHE-aligned lessons that bring the journal into PSHE or tutor time, with teacher notes, a Teacher Quick-Start Guide, a Safeguarding Sheet for your DSL, an exam season assembly, two-minute tutor-time cards for each week, a letter and guide for parents and carers, an anonymous student feedback form with an impact tracker, and a Day 42 certificate.
