Brain health is not just about thinking clearly. It is about how well you sleep, how your body handles stress, how you feel in the morning, how you show up for the people you love. Everything begins in the brain, and that is exactly where we start.

Nidra Mind was founded by one of a small number of Amen University certified Elite Brain Health Coaches in Europe, combining sleep coaching, stress management, Yoga Nidra and twelve years of real-world clinical and teaching experience. This is not generic wellness. It is science-grounded, human-centred, and built around how your brain actually works.
