I'm Sarah - Amen University certified Elite Brain Health Coach, Sleep Coach, Stress Management Specialist, and founder of Nidra Mind.

My practice is built on nearly three decades of personal and professional experience: clinical work with the NHS supporting women through postnatal mental illness, teaching and coaching across several countries, and a deeply personal commitment to brain health after losing my father to Alzheimer's and watching my mother live with dementia.

I did not build Nidra Mind from theory. I built it from life, including the hardest parts of it. And I built it for you.
