This program is for coaches, teachers, therapists, and wellness professionals who already work with individuals or groups, and want a structured, evidence-based methodology to build on rather than assembling their own approach from scratch.

It brings together the same four pillars behind every Nidra Mind offering — neuroscience, sleep science, stress management, and Yoga Nidra — and moves from deepening your own understanding and practice, through facilitation and safeguarding, to a supervised practicum and certification.

Your Instructor

Most continuing education asks a practitioner to add a new modality: another set of techniques competing for space alongside what they already do. This isn't that.

Whether you're a coach, a teacher, a therapist, or a wellness professional, it's the layer underneath: a way to identify which system is actually driving what you're seeing in a client, a student, or a group, before choosing an intervention, and tools that reach the physiological ground, sleep and nervous system regulation, that most training in any of these fields was never built to cover on its own.

Sarah Jane Ferguson built this approach from that gap. She is one of the first Amen University certified Elite Brain Health Coaches in Europe, also certified as a Sleep Coach, Stress Management Specialist, Yoga Nidra Teacher, and Children's Yoga and Brain Health Coach, with additional training in restorative yoga, yoga therapy, and Yin yoga. Her background includes twelve years of teaching across state and private schools and language schools, developing curriculum-aligned courses, alongside NHS mental health experience supporting recovery within a perinatal mental health team. She holds a BSc in Computer Science and has kept a personal yoga and meditation practice for nearly thirty years, training as a Yoga Nidra teacher fifteen years ago.

What she teaches isn't a replacement for what you already do with the people you work with, it's the diagnostic starting point and physiological toolkit most training never covers. And because the same method works whether you're sitting with one person, running a group, working with children in a classroom, or delivering to a team, it isn't just a new skill, it's a genuine second income stream: workshops, school partnerships, and workplace contracts, built on something you're already qualified to deliver.
