Session 2: Cultivating Inner Calmness

This session explores the practice of cultivating inner calmness and tranquillity, even amidst life's storms. By connecting with a sense of peace within ourselves, we can navigate the ups and downs of life with greater ease and grace. There are six Yoga Nidra meditations specific for each session, curated to empower you to overcome stress and anxiety. There is also a workbook intended to complement the Yoga Nidra practice, providing additional reflection prompts and exercises to deepen the experience and foster emotional healing and resilience.
